Responsibilities

• Support logistics planning, transportation, and material coordination to ensure delivery of equipment to project sites or end users.
• Assist in developing and implementing logistics procedures to optimize production and distribution and reduce waste.
• Monitor inventory levels and delivery schedules to maintain project support and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate movement of materials through multiple channels in compliance with safety and operating standards.
• Prepare and review logistics reports to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support procurement, construction, and engineering teams to align logistics with project schedules.
• Collaborate with vendors and carriers to uphold delivery commitments and resolve delays.
• Maintain records of shipments, materials received, and goods in transit for visibility and traceability.
• Apply knowledge of logistics systems and tools to execute daily operations effectively.
• Participate in regular reviews to align goals and performance expectations.
