Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation seeks a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support day-to-day logistics, shipping, receiving, and inventory for its Caddo Mills and Rockwall facilities in Texas.

You will ensure accurate receipt of materials, coordinate inbound/outbound freight, maintain ERP records, and collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely orders and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years of logistics, warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or supply chain experience.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Manufacturing or distribution experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process inventory transfers between facilities.
• Receive and process Return Material Authorizations (RMAs).
• Receive and verify PO deliveries for 113-SC operations.
• Create shipping documentation for domestic and international shipments.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight with carriers.
• Maintain accurate inventory and logistics records in the ERP system.
• Investigate and resolve shipping, receiving, and inventory discrepancies.
• Support cycle count and inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Answer incoming calls as a shared departmental responsibility.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
