Job summary

Luminex Corporation is seeking a Logistics Coordinator II in Austin, TX to manage receipt, put-away, storage, picking, movement, and shipping of materials. The role requires attention to detail, decision making, and adherence to OSHA, DOT, IATA, and FDA regulations.

Knowledge of ERP systems and GMP/FDA environments is advantageous. Responsibilities include preparing documentation, leading cycle counts, coordinating with 3PLs, and ensuring inventory accuracy while maintaining a safe, 5S-compliant

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or higher; Associate's degree preferred in business, supply chain, engineering, science, or equivalent.
• 2+ years experience in domestic and international receiving, warehouse, logistics or shipping.
• 2+ years experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment and Oracle E-Business Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process receiving/stockroom/shipping transactions quickly, accurately, and completely in the Oracle ERP system.
• Create / maintain detailed reporting on all applicable functions as required.
• Interact with internal and external groups to facilitate completion of all activities.
• Maintain product integrity throughout movement cycles and handle sensitive products appropriately.
• Prepare receiving, stockroom, and shipping documentation per domestic and international regulations (IATA, hazmat, customs).
• Conduct inspections and verify quantities, serials, and lot numbers as required.
