Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Logistics Coordinator I to coordinate inbound/outbound operations, planning, and distribution at our site. You will be the primary customer service representative, liaising between customers, site staff, and carriers to ensure on-time shipments and accurate returns processing.

You will manage order requests, schedule deliveries, and support daily load planning while maintaining high accuracy and professional communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehousing or DOT related environment.
• Performs general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and telephone/email correspondence.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive order requests, identify availability, and prepare for shipment.
• Perform site level load planning, routing, and coordination of inbound/outbound requests.
• Communicate with customer team members regarding inventory, scheduling of deliveries.
• Enter proper information into the workflow schedule and support customer service
• Attend regional deliveries to validate processes and manage customer service expectations.
