Job summary

Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation is seeking teammates for a 2nd shift role in Boonville, MO. You will pick, tag, and move material, operate forklift equipment, and perform inventory-related SAP transactions to support efficient material flow.

The position offers a starting wage of $21.40/hour plus a $1.00/hour shift premium, with a 6% 401(k) match, comprehensive benefits from day one, an HSA, and opportunities for overtime and a monthly bonus up to 11%.

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete targeted selection interview process.
• Computer knowledge is required to perform SAP Transactions and inventory tasks.
• Fork truck experience is required to handle material transport and loading/unloading.

Responsibilities

• Pick and tag material to ordered quantities.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Perform SAP Transactions and maintain SAP data accuracy.
• Assist with inventory management and accuracy.
• Generate & close IPLs and miscellaneous IPLs as needed.
• Packaging and ship preparation of components.
• Operate powered industrial trucks.
• Support team members and train new staff as needed.
• Complete activities to ship and receive product.

  • This is a 2nd shift position, Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 11:30pm

Essential Responsibilities

• Pick and tag material to ordered quantities

Summary Pay Range

$21.40 - $26.70
