Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support material handling, order filling, and basic quality checks in a fast-paced environment. You will operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and overhead cranes, verify part numbers and locations, and help maintain inventory accuracy on multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• 1st shift: $19.28/hour
• 2nd shift: $20.82/hour (includes 8%-night shift premium)
• 3rd shift: $20.82/hour (includes 8%-night shift premium)

As a Warehouse Associate at Caterpillar, you will:

• Use heavy equipment including cherry picker, stand-up forklifts, sit-down forklifts, and overhead cranes.

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of previous work experience

Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation):

• Willing and able to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 35 pounds for intervals of 15-30 minutes


• Willing and able to infrequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 50 pounds


• Willing and able to work at heights of up to 20 feet from the floor


• Willing and able to work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures


• Willing and able to walk, squat and bend over for intervals of 15-30 minutes

Top Candidates will also have:

• 2+ years of continuous employment in industrial assembly or manufacturing

Role requires overtime as needed to support business needs.

Shift Schedules:

1st shift

Option 1: Monday-Thursday, 6 am - 4:30 pm

Option 2: Monday-Friday, 7 am - 3:30 pm

2nd shift

Option 1: Monday-Thursday, 5 pm - 3:30 am

Option 2: Monday-Friday, 3 pm - 11:30 pm

3rd Shift

Option 1: Sunday- Thursday 11pm - 7:30am
