Qualifications

• Excellent computer skills for TMS, Excel, and tracking.
• Strong work ethic and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in transportation/logistics brokerage is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and select reputable and safe carriers for freight services.
• Negotiate rates with carriers to maximize revenue and margins.
• Provide customers with shipping quotes and service expectations.
• Book orders with carriers and prepare carriers for loads.
• Track and communicate load status from pickup to delivery.
• Collaborate with shippers, carriers, and dispatchers for scheduled pickups and drop-offs.
