Job summary

PAM Transport in Tontitown, Arkansas, is seeking a proactive SR Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. The role focuses on carrier relationships, rate negotiations, and ensuring freight moves smoothly 24/7/365.

This full-time position runs Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a base salary plus an incentive plan. We value high energy, strong communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with partner carriers.
Negotiate rates and settlements with carriers.
Ensure freight is picked up and delivered 24/7/365.
Communicate honestly and proactively with carriers.
Prospect, contact, and onboard new customers.
Develop account relationships within customer organizations.
Design solutions and help our customers solve their supply chain challenges.
Collaborate on pricing strategies with account leadership.
Identify issues and consult with the customer to determine best course of action and implement solutions.
Lead customer meetings and business reviews.
