Allen Lund Company is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to strengthen our team in Des Moines. You will support Transportation Brokers, Carrier Sales Representatives, and Account Representatives in daily operations, fostering teamwork and customer service excellence.

You will coordinate loads, carriers, and scheduling while ensuring accurate documentation, compliance, and timely communications with customers and carriers. This role offers growth in a respected logistics leader.

Responsibilities

• Logistics Coordination & Support: Build loads, set up carriers, schedule pickups and deliveries, update systems and provide critical information, maintain load data for tracking.
• Administrative & Office Duties: Answer phones, route calls, match invoices, issue payments, support accounting, order office supplies.
• Carrier & Documentation Wizardry: Verify carrier info, ensure documents reach Carrier Resources, obtain certificates of insurance, contact references, update profiles and lanes with carriers.
• Training & Compliance: Complete ALC system training and uphold Customer, Company, and Office standards.
