Job summary

Watkins Wellness in Minnesota is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support transportation activities, 3PL warehouse operations, and inventory visibility. You will work with carriers, brokers, and internal teams to ensure products move efficiently from suppliers to customers.

The role emphasizes documentation, compliance, and cost control across the supply chain, with a focus on improving service levels and operational performance. This is a full-time, on-site position in Cokato, MN.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, warehouse operations, inventory control, or related field.
• Experience with domestic and international shipping activities.
• Experience supporting 3PL warehouse operations and carrier management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple transportation modes.
• Support inventory management across company and 3PL warehouse locations.
• Maintain critical logistics documentation and compliance.
• Resolve operational issues to protect service levels.
