Job summary

Watkins Wellness is hiring a Logistics Coordinator to join the Cokato Manufacturing (Sauna360) team. You will coordinate domestic and international shipments, support 3PL warehouse operations, and ensure inventory visibility and timely logistics reporting.

The role emphasizes collaboration with carriers, brokers, and internal teams to improve service levels, cost control, and compliance across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, warehouse operations, inventory control, or related field.
• Experience with domestic and international shipping activities.
• Experience supporting 3PL warehouse operations and carrier management.
• Knowledge of freight claims, transportation administration, and shipping documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international inbound and outbound shipments across multiple transportation modes.
• Support inventory movements and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
• Maintain critical logistics documentation, including compliance-related records.
• Review freight invoices and manage freight claims and disputes.
• Prepare logistics and inventory reports to identify cost-saving opportunities.
