Red Dot Buildings in Athens, TX is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to manage inbound and outbound material movements, coordinate truck traffic, and maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation to support on-time delivery across Texas and nearby states.

Your role requires a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset and strong communication as you work with carriers, drivers, project managers, purchasing, and receiving teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, shipping, receiving or related environment preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments, schedules and priorities simultaneously.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative approach with carriers, drivers, project managers, purchasing, loading and receiving teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound truck traffic.
• Maintain shipping and receiving documentation and review driver paperwork.
• Partner with Shipping Manager to maintain schedules and shipment plans.
• Assist with planning efficient delivery routes and securing outside carriers.
• Coordinate with Receiving, Loading, Purchasing, and Project Management teams.
• Track shipment concerns and escalate performance issues as needed.
• Update financial records related to shipments and receiving.
