Job summary

Dynalectric Arizona is seeking a Superintendent for the Mesa, Arizona site. The role will be the primary field representative and lead on the project, supervising scheduling, planning, coordinating workforce, and installation of electrical systems on new or existing construction.

You will work with project managers, GCs, and subs to ensure efficient on-site execution, safety, and adherence to project specs. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Wireman or Journeyman Technician certification.
• Ability to work independently and with others in a multi-functional environment.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Delineate scope to project supervisors.
• Ensure field team understands project scope and specs.
• Create and manage detailing plan and schedule.
• Create and manage temporary power plan.
• Create field project schedule and manpower loader.
• Set expectations for project supervision.
• Coordinate sub-contractors and create sub-contractor schedules and look-aheads.
• Manage the field office setup and ensure safety culture on site.
• Work with PM on quantities for major material items and buy-outs.
• Submit timely and accurate information with PM and VC coordination.
