Job summary

You will manage truck scheduling, shipping/receiving activities, and trip documentation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of coordinating internal and 3rd party trucking to meet production and customer demands.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in inventory, shipping/receiving, or food manufacturing support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate juice shipments between internal and external storage.
• Schedule shipments with external storage providers and provide contents information.
• Assign internal truck drivers and arrange 3rd party drivers as needed.
• Collaborate with production, warehouse, and quality teams to align shipment schedules with production and customer demands.
• Promote good manufacturing practices and food safety throughout shipping activities.
