Job summary

The Neil Jones Food Company is hiring a Customer Service Representative I at our Vancouver, WA headquarters. You will handle daily order fulfillment, assist customers with requests, and coordinate orders with Brokers and Regional Sales Managers to ensure timely service.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in office administration and 2 years in customer service in a internal support role, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using order fulfillment systems such as PeopleSoft.

Qualifications

• 1 year of office administration experience.
• 2 years of customer service or sales and marketing experience in an internal service role.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Enters orders into order fulfillment system according to internal processes.
• Utilizes Order Notes in order fulfillment system to document issues.
• Confirms orders back to customers within the 48-hour timeline
• Follow order through start to delivery process for high level of customer satisfaction
• Coordinates with Supply Chain and Logistics/Transportation teams to ensure product availability for customer requirements.
