Responsibilities

• Master the Logistics Lifecycle: build loads, schedule pickups, and vet carriers in digital platforms.
• Keep freight moving: update carriers, track shipments, and provide real-time updates to shippers and customers.
• Maintain compliance & docs: verify insurance certificates, rate confirmations, and carrier resources.
• Support branch accounting: match invoices and issue payments using digital tools.
• Deliver 5-star service by upholding company principles in customer interactions.
