Job summary

RealREPP is partnering with a growing building systems firm to hire a Logistics Coordinator. The role focuses on coordinating tool and material movement, deliveries to and from job sites, and ensuring alignment with project logistics.

You will use CAD and MS Office tools, support inventory control, and communicate issues to project leadership. Prior experience in warehousing and forklift operations is valued.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Typically requires 0-1 years of related experience.
• Warehouse experience.
• Forklift and inventory experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Attention to detail.
• Basic Microsoft Office—Word and Excel skills.
• Basic organization and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates deliveries to and from jobsite. Troubleshooting missing deliveries as needed.
• Schedules resources to facilitate deliveries, including transportation and equipment coordination.
• Collaborates with project leadership and corresponding departments to integrate logistics with established systems and processes.
• Communicates issues concerning transportation, logistics process, or customer issues. Works on preventive measures as needed.
• Provides status reports on a daily or weekly update, which may include visual display of deliveries against project need.
• Maintain computer systems and documentation using CAD and MS Office, including Excel.
