Job summary

Western Alliance Logistics in Miami, FL, is seeking a motivated Logistics Coordinator Development Program participant to learn the end-to-end transportation lifecycle and manage customer accounts in a fast-paced 3PL environment.

You will receive structured training, hands-on coaching, and increasing responsibility to grow into roles with greater account responsibility and operational ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Customer service, operations, logistics, or other fast-paced experience is an asset.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Quick problem-solver who can stay composed under pressure.
• Coachable, adaptable, and willing to learn.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• English required; Spanish or French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments from pickup through delivery across the U.S. and Canada.
• Source and communicate with transportation carriers.
• Track freight and proactively communicate shipment updates.
• Build orders and maintain accurate shipment information.
• Identify and resolve delays, service issues, and transportation challenges.
• Communicate with customers, carriers and internal sales teams.
• Manage multiple priorities while meeting daily performance and service expectations.
