Job summary

Nixon Power Services, a leading distributor of Rehlko Power generators, seeks a Logistics Coordinator to support fulfillment, ordering, procurement and billing of parts. You will work across Service, Sales and OTC teams, coordinating inventory and orders with accuracy and initiative.

The role emphasizes teamwork, problem-solving, and strong communication, with forklift duties and inventory management as core responsibilities in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2–3 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ownership, accountability and initiative with daily duties.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong research and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Draw and stage parts from inventory for Service Technicians.
• Maintain parts inventory stock levels.
• Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks for loading, unloading and transporting goods.
• Identify, sort, locate, and transfer parts for Sales and Services teams.
• Cycle count inventory monthly.
• Track orders to avoid shipping delays to the customer.
• Input customer data and vendor purchase orders with emphasis on inventory control.
• Research parts availability.
• Identify vendors for purchase opportunities.
• Provide purchase order or payment method for procurement.
• Process customer orders by phone or email.
• Manage customer billing and orders.
• Ensure accurate pricing and invoicing.
• Load and unload trucks with forklift.
• Other duties as assigned.
