Job summary

Triple T Transport is seeking a Weekend Shift Logistics Coordinator to support our operations and sales teams. The role is salaried, full-time with three twelve-hour shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Responsibilities include booking loads, dispatching, tracking, and ensuring customer satisfaction within our transportation management system. You will communicate with customers and carriers, monitor pickups/deliveries, and maintain accurate freight documentation.

• Monitor pickups, deliveries, and maintain documentation in TMS.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

The 3rd Shift Weekend Shift Logistics Coordinator provides strategic support to our operations and sales team. This is a salaried, full time position consisting of 3 twelve hour shifts. The schedule consists of a Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shift with hours from 2000- 0800.

The core functions involve problem solving, communicating with customers and carriers, and daily dispatching activities which involve, but are not limited to, booking available loads from our customers; booking available loads on carriers; and tracking the loads that are booked until the order has been unloaded at the final destination. You will be responsible for monitoring pickups and deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining accurate documentation of all freight moving in our transportation management system.
