Job summary

Uline is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to review and audit carrier invoices, ensure timely payments, and collaborate with teams to optimize freight processes at our Pleasant Prairie, WI location. You will compare invoices to orders and contracts, resolve discrepancies, and build strong carrier relationships.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience in invoice auditing and LTL pricing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Invoice audit and pay experience and LTL pricing knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, audit and approve domestic parcel, LTL, truckload and import invoices.
• Compare carrier invoices against order information, contracts and shipment docs; document issues.
• Build relationships with carriers to streamline services and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely payment to carriers.
• Run analyses for special projects as needed.

Position Responsibilities

• Responsible for the review, audit and approval of domestic parcel, less than truckload (LTL), truckload and import invoices.
• Compare transportation carrier invoices against Uline order information, carrier contracts and shipment documents and clearly record any issues.
• Build relationships with carriers to streamline services and resolve any issues.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely payment to transportation carriers.
• Run analysis for special projects when needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
• Invoice audit and pay experience and LTL pricing knowledge preferred.
