Paul Logistics in Tulsa, OK is seeking a driven Logistics Coordinator to join our fast-paced, customer-focused team. In this role you will coordinate transportation operations, maintain carrier relationships, process orders from start to finish, and ensure accurate shipping documentation.

You will work Monday to Friday with daytime hours, gain exposure to freight tracking, and grow your career through hands-on learning and mentorship in a company that values speed, reliability, and exceptional

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or customer service.
• Proficiency with logistics software and shipment tracking tools.
• Bi-Lingual in English & Spanish preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate transportation of goods to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
• Maintain strong working relationships with carriers and help negotiate rates.
• Process and manage customer orders with accuracy and urgency.
• Prepare and maintain detailed shipping documentation and records.
• Provide shipment updates to customers and internal teams.
• Address and resolve any shipping issues, discrepancies, or delays.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and internal procedures.
• Identify areas for improvement in logistics processes and assist with implementing changes.
• Deliver a high level of customer service through clear and timely communication.
• Support day-to-day logistics operations and collaborate across teams.
