Paul Logistics is seeking an entry-level to mid-level Logistics Coordinator in Tulsa, OK to help plan and coordinate transportation, maintain carrier relationships, and manage shipments from start to finish.

You'll join a fast-paced, customer-focused team that values accuracy, speed and teamwork, with standard daytime hours and opportunities to grow your knowledge of logistics operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in logistics or related fields.
• Experience with logistics software and shipment tracking tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate transportation of goods to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
• Maintain strong working relationships with carriers and help negotiate rates.
• Process and manage customer orders with accuracy and urgency.
• Prepare and maintain detailed shipping documentation and records.
• Provide shipment updates to customers and internal teams.
• Address and resolve shipping issues, discrepancies, or delays.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and internal procedures.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and help implement changes.
• Deliver high levels of customer service through clear, timely communication.
• Support day-to-day logistics operations and collaborate across teams.
