Job summary

Quanex is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in St. Cloud, MN. You will coordinate data and workflow, ensuring shipments are processed accurately, efficiently, and in the most cost-effective manner.

You’ll manage invoices, data entry, and documentation while helping maintain a safe work environment. This on-site role runs Monday–Thursday 7:30am–4:30pm and Friday 7:30am–2:30pm, with a pay rate of $23.00–$27.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, required.
• 2+ years of shipping and receiving experience.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, specifically Excel with ability to do V-Lookups, conditional formatting, etc.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly detail oriented.
• Ability to work at a fast pace with the ability to switch directions in accordance with business demands.

Responsibilities

• Receive orders and coordinate shipments with customer service, and with various carriers, accordingly.
• Print reports, pick lists, back orders, bill of ladings, and packing slips.
• Communicate with carriers for less-than-a-truckload shipments.
• Responsible for processing invoices.
• Communicate with plant managers and other internal partners regarding shipments.
