Quanex is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in St. Cloud, MN. This on-site role coordinates shipments, manages data entry, and ensures cost-effective processing of orders in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will print reports and invoices, liaise with carriers, and collaborate with plant managers to keep shipments on schedule. The position requires a high school diploma and 2+ years of shipping/receiving experience.

Formación

• High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years shipping/receiving experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with ability to do V-Lookups and conditional formatting.

Quanexis looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team located inSt. Cloud, MN.

Salary: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour, rate based on your experience.

Work Hours: Monday – Thursday (7:30am-4:30pm), Friday (7:30am-2:30pm)

What Success Looks Like:

• Receive orders and coordinate shipments with customer service, and with various carriers, accordingly.
• Print reports, pick lists, back orders, bill of ladings, and packing slips.
• Communicate with carriers for less-than-a-truckload shipments.
• Responsible for processing invoices.
• Communicate with plant managers and other internal partners regarding shipments.

What You Bring:

• High School Diploma, required.
• 2+ years of shipping and receiving experience. Within a manufacturing setting, preferred.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, specifically Excel with ability to do V-Lookups, conditional formatting, etc.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly detail oriented.
• Ability to work at a fast pace with the ability to switch directions in accordance with business demands.
