LVMH's New York team is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support day-to-day transportation, warehouse, and inventory operations, partnering with carriers, 3PLs, and internal teams to ensure on-time, cost-efficient delivery of products.

Your role will coordinate daily shipments, monitor FTL/LTL/parcel movements, maintain records, and assist with inventory counts and reconciliation while addressing issues to keep logistics running smoothly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing or related field.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with ERP, WMS, or transportation management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily shipments from warehouses to customers and retail locations.
  • Schedule and monitor FTL, LTL, parcel, and courier shipments.
  • Track shipments and communicate delivery updates.
  • Review open orders and identify potential delays.
  • Obtain shipment status updates and proof of delivery documents.
  • Assist with transportation issues including delays, shortages, damages, and refused shipments.
  • Maintain shipping documentation and records.
  • Support expedited and special shipment requests.
  • Support receiving, storage, and distribution activities.
  • Monitor inbound and outbound shipment accuracy.
  • Assist with inventory cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Investigate and report inventory discrepancies.
  • Coordinate timely order fulfillment with warehouse teams.
  • Maintain inventory records and transaction documentation.
  • Prepare routine logistics and inventory reports.
  • Assist with data entry and reconciliation activities.
  • Work with Retail, E-commerce, Wholesale, Customer Service, and Finance teams.
  • Assist with freight claims and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain records for audits and operational reviews.

Job description

The Logistics Coordinator supports day-to- day transportation, warehouse, and inventory operations to ensure products are delivered accurately, on time, and cost-effectively. This role works closely with carriers, warehouses, 3PL partners, customer service, sales, and finance teams to support efficient supply chain operations.

Job responsibilities

Profile

3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing or related field.

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with ERP, WMS, or transportation management systems.
