Perfetti Van Melle, USA in Erlanger, KY, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support daily transportation operations domestically and internationally.

You will monitor shipments, coordinate with carriers, investigate delays, and ensure accurate billing, while collaborating with internal teams to optimize cost and service.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or 2 years of relevant logistics experience; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Working knowledge of domestic and international mail and shipping processes.
• Working knowledge of inventory procedures.
• Basic understanding of transportation industry.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Ability to establish priorities and communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Strong organizational and planning skills to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Ability to work independently and work well under pressure.
• Ability to maintain concise and accurate records.

Responsibilities

OVERVIEW

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for supporting the execution and oversight of all daily operational activities related to domestic and international transportation. This role will successfully utilize and manage multiple internal and external partners to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation solutions. Specific responsibilities for this role include:
