As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing logistics operations within a warehouse or distribution center. Your primary tasks will include coordinating the daily logistics activities, such as scheduling deliveries and pickups, and managing the flow of goods from receipt to storage and distribution. You'll be responsible for processing and maintaining shipping and receiving documents, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately recorded and up-to-date. This includes tracking the status of shipments, verifying the accuracy of invoices and packing lists, and maintaining a comprehensive database of all incoming and outgoing shipments. Additionally, you'll be tasked with ensuring that all shipments are accurately recorded and tracked, using various logistics software and tools, such as warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS). You'll work closely with various departments, including procurement, sales, and customer service, to ensure that all logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You'll need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, and some experience in logistics or a related field is preferred.

The salary range is $40,000 - $56,222 per year, with benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
