Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in warehouse management, logistics, or materials coordination.
• Experience supporting construction, semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, or industrial project environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of typical semiconductor mechanical, electrical, and process materials used in construction or expansion of semiconductor facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for warehouse management and logistics activities.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure labor and resources for deliveries, receipts, staging, and material movement.
• Review bills of lading, delivery documentation, and material records for accuracy; identify discrepancies.
• Maintain material tracking logs and reporting tools for inventory visibility.
• Analyze returned or excess materials to determine reuse, reassignment, or scrapping.
• Monitor logistics data and communicate findings to leadership.
• Prepare project reports and status updates in coordination with the Team Lead.
• Support logistics process improvement efforts to improve material flow and warehouse coordination.
• Other duties as assigned.

Arcadis is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team in Chandler, AZ. The Logistics Coordinator will serve as a key point of contact for warehouse operations and project teams, helping to plan, organize, track, and execute logistics activities that support project delivery. This role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with vendors, trades, stakeholders, and internal teams in a fast-paced construction environment.

• Act as a primary point of contact for the warehouse management team to help plan, organize, review, and execute multiple logistics and material handling activities.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure labor and resources are available for deliveries, receipts, staging, and material movement activities.
• Review bills of lading, delivery documentation, and material records for accuracy; identify discrepancies and promote issues as needed.
• Maintain and update material tracking logs and related reporting tools to ensure accurate visibility of inventory, deliveries, returns, and project material status.
• Analyze returned or excess materials to determine whether items can be reused, reassigned, or scrapped in accordance with project needs and site procedures.
• Monitor logistics data and proactively identify critical items, shortages, inconsistencies, or potential project impacts, and communicate findings to the Team Lead and stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with management, vendors, trades, warehouse personnel, and project stakeholders to support alignment and timely issue resolution.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and status updates in coordination with the Team Lead.
• Support logistics process improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to improve material flow, tracking, reporting, and warehouse coordination.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in warehouse management, logistics, supply chain, or materials coordination.
• Experience supporting construction, semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, or industrial project environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of typical semiconductor mechanical, electrical, and process materials used in the construction or expansion of semiconductor manufacturing facilities preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to identify issues, trends, and opportunities proactively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholder groups.
• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite; experience with materials tracking systems, inventory tools, or reporting platforms is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced onsite environment while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.
• Ability to provide legal US work authorization documents required. Will consider US domestic travelers and relocation.
