Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Coordinate with shipping and receiving to track incoming and outgoing deliveries.
• Support the Logistics Manager with daily administrative tasks and scheduling.
• Assist in resolving delivery issues and updating customers on shipment status.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and transportation schedules.
• Assist in the preparation of shipping documents and paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all logistics activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in logistics or administrative roles, preferably in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
