Description
Acara Solutions is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to work with our partner out in Austin, TX who specializes on Energy solutions manufacturing.
Here is what you will get:
Duration: Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $32-$44/hr DOE
What to Expect:
This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations by managing the receipt of materials, coordinating deliveries to field teams, overseeing stock inventory, and tracking tool assets. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
What you will do:
- Coordinate and manage the receipt and documentation of incoming materials
- Organize and schedule deliveries to field sites, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch
- Maintain and update inventory records for materials, tools, and equipment
- Track tool assets, including check-in/check-out procedures, maintenance, and loss prevention
- Communicate effectively with field teams, vendors, and internal departments to resolve logistical issues
- Generate and analyze reports on inventory levels, tool utilization, and material flow
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations in all logistics activities
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Forklift certification
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments, including working at heights, lifting and moving materials up to 50 lbs., and adverse weather conditions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and on multiple projects at once
