Responsibilities

IDEMIA Public Security is looking for a motivated Logistics Control Clerk, Assembly to join our dynamic supply chain team. This role provides essential support for all operations, including processing orders, electro-mechanical assembly, managing inventory and labeling, documentation accuracy, and a wide variety of various tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, computer literate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Performs a variety of tasks in support of the Livescan department and other areas as required. Reviews orders to the order schedule, prints & picks orders according to the BOM, and prepares orders for shipment. Assembles Livescan cabinets, including all associated devices and cable connections. Conducts assembly and wiring in an orderly fashion so that every system looks professionally built and performs identically. Tests system for functionality then hands off to Integration for software loading. Maintains inventory with regular cycle counts. May be asked to perform work in other functional areas, clean and organize the work area and take on additional duties as assigned. The US base salary range for this position is $27.06/hr - $32.91/hr + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the compensation target for the role across all US locations. Individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be a US citizen.
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude and focused work habits.
• Good communication skills, willingness to learn with strong work ethic.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Computer literacy, including email, MS Teams, basic Excel spreadsheets, Word and ERP systems.
• 1-2 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, move freely around the warehouse, stoop, stand, crouch and bend for extended periods while safely using box cutters, rechargeable hand tools, other hand tools and pallet jacks typical to an assembly environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow company safety and quality procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of inventory principles, part numbers, serial numbers and use of handheld barcode scanners.
• 5S familiarity is a plus.
• Familiarity with Great Plains or similar ERP system.
