Job summary

KBR is seeking a Logistics Clerk to coordinate and expedite the movement of materials, parts, and assemblies. The role includes setting deadlines for deliverables, verifying shipment accuracy, and maintaining shipping records to support on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include inspecting shipments, labeling, and arranging distribution upon arrival, with emphasis on safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Must be able to obtain forklift certification.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Experience in shipping and receiving and SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and expedite the movement of materials, parts, and assemblies.
• Establish deadlines for deliverables and communicate them to stakeholders.
• Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Maintain records, stamps identification information and shipping instructions on containers.
• Inspect products for quality and quantity to meet specifications.
• Read work orders to ascertain materials or containers to be moved.
• Load, unload, and move materials manually and with equipment as needed.
