Protocase Inc. in Wilmington, NC, is seeking an entry-level Logistics Clerk to support shipping, receiving, and inventory control on-site. You will handle materials, perform cycle counts, and enter data into our stock-tracking software to keep production moving smoothly.

The role starts with an initial training period from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, then transitions to the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift. A high school diploma or GED and 6 months to 1 year shipping/receiving experience are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6 months to 1 year of shipping and receiving experience.
• Basic computer skills and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to accurately enter information into stock-tracking software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities to support the movement of incoming and outgoing materials.
• Receive and handle materials accurately and efficiently.
• Perform cycle counts to help maintain accurate inventory records.
• Support inventory control by tracking stock levels and inventory counts.
• Enter inventory data into company software systems accurately and on time.
• Kit required materials and prepare them for scheduled production runs.
• Move and distribute materials throughout the production process to support operational needs.
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to keep daily workflows running efficiently.
• Maintain an organized work environment and help resolve material or inventory issues as they arise.
