Job summary

LinQ Global Group is seeking a Logistics Claims Senior Specialist to manage and resolve product-related OS&D claims and inquiries from carriers at delivery. The role supports the Poultry Prepared Division, which processes a substantial annual claim volume, requiring precise data collection and proactive problem solving.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, negotiation, and reporting skills, plus experience with SAP TM, High Radius, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Candidate with and/or currently pursuing a BA degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year of office clerical experience required, 3 years preferred.
• Prior experience in Logistics, OS&D claims, or customer service is highly valuable.
• Experience in data collection and analysis is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Professional phone skills for interacting with internal contacts and external vendors/customers.
• Excellent negotiation skills to manage third-party OS&D carrier claims.
• Ability to convey complex information clearly to stakeholders.
• Skilled in conflict management and addressing concerns diplomatically.
• Proficient in crafting reports and documentation.
• Effective follow-up to ensure timely resolution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with High Radius system.
• Proficiency in navigating Power BI reports.
• Experience with SAP TM; TES; and DB2 Sessions.
• Experience with call center technology including Five9.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve product-related OS&D claims and other logistics issues.
• Evaluate claims and disposition decisions accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve disputes.
• Craft and maintain detailed reports and documentation.
• Analyze data in Power BI and other systems to support claims decisions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and escalate when needed.
• Balance independent work with team collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
