Job summary

PrideGlobal in Fort Worth, TX is hiring a Logistics Center Associate I to perform general warehouse tasks, including receiving, picking, packing and shipping. You will use RF scanners and WMS to track inventory and ensure accuracy, while following SOPs and safety standards in a fast-paced team setting.

The role emphasizes accuracy, physical task ability, and adaptability to changing priorities, with a Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:30 PM shift and pay rate range of $16–$16.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing, and repetitive movement.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.

• Strong reliability, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Performs general warehouse tasks, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
• Moves, handles, and stores materials using appropriate equipment and processes.
• Uses warehouse systems and RF scanners to track inventory and update transactions.
• Verifies product accuracy and condition during handling and processing.
• Follows standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Maintains accurate records of inventory movement and work performed.
• Supports inventory control activities, including cycle counts and stock organization.
• Prepares products for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and staging.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborates with team members to meet productivity and performance targets.
• Adapts to changing priorities and supports multiple operational areas as needed.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
