Job summary

Insight is seeking a Logistics Associate – W2 for its Fort Worth, TX onsite team. This role focuses on receiving, picking, packing, and quality checking of shipments with attention to safety and accuracy.

You will operate terminal systems, print labels, and support a fast-paced warehouse environment. Qualified candidates have at least 6 months warehouse experience and basic computer knowledge, with strong multitasking and organization skills.

Qualifications

• High School Education or equivalent with at least 6 months of warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of shipping, warehouse, and safety procedures and some computer experience.
• Ability to multitask and strong organization and time management skills.
• Ability to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Verify contents of shipment compared to shipping documents while noting any discrepancies or damage.
• Operate computer terminal to enter receipts and printer to print labels.
• Pick outbound orders using RF scanners, verifying quantity and correct product.
• Select the right size of boxes and pack the product, send boxes onto the conveyor line to be quality checked in the upper mezzanine.
