Qualifications

• Five to seven years of related professional experience.
• Category management subject matter expertise and deep knowledge of S2P processes.
• Proficiency in spend analysis, market intelligence analysis, financial analysis, demand/supply planning, sourcing strategy development, negotiation, stakeholder management, contracts management, supplier performance management, project management.

Responsibilities

• Provide category management support to internal and external stakeholders with a customer-centric approach.
• Collaborate with Global S2P Services, cross-functional teams, and MSPs to support stakeholders effectively.
• Develop and maintain category relationships, plans, requirements, and KPIs for assigned categories.
• Coordinate and implement strategic sourcing initiatives and negotiate terms within approved risk framework.
• Manage supplier performance and risk, drive value beyond cost, and ensure timely savings delivery.
