LOGISTICS/CASE PICKER 1st SHIFT (Finance)

Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to read and understand instructions.
  • Availability to work weekends, nights, overtime, and holidays regularly.
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, push, and pull for at least 8 hours with a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
  • Capability to work in ambient or refrigerated environments for extended periods.
Desired Previous Job Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience operating industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Ability to perform job duties within established labor standards.
  • Experience completing store order assignments using warehouse management systems.
  • Ability to follow voice commands and read orders to select correct merchandise.
  • Skill in placing cases on pallets and organizing them to minimize damage for safe delivery.
  • Proficiency in wrapping orders and delivering them to the shipping dock.
  • Adherence to all safety, department, and company policies, including attendance requirements.
  • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
