Coordinates the shipping, ins and outs, of customer merchandise.

Customer service and relations are essential. Must communicate effectively with customers and understand their needs and requests.

Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of each order.

Requires safe forklift operation to pull or store orders.

Handle invoicing for each business transaction.

Assist with picking and pulling merchandise as needed.

Manage inventory, including location awareness and order accuracy.

Monitor all emails, fulfill requests promptly, and confirm completion with customers.

Assist with office requests from management.
