You will examine warehouse processes, inventory controls, and compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements, delivering clear reports that drive improvements. Qualifications

• Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of logistics operations and inventory control.
• Ability to produce clear audit reports.
• Experience with safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Audit warehouse and transportation processes to identify inefficiencies and risks.
• Evaluate adherence to SOPs across receiving to shipping.
• Review freight billing and carrier invoices for accuracy.
• Lead inventory audit procedures including cycle counts and full inventories.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure accuracy of inventory data in the WMS.
• Assess compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Review shipping/receiving documentation for accuracy.
• Conduct safety audits to promote a safe workplace.
• Document audit findings in clear reports for management.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to mitigate risks and costs.
• Monitor implementation of audit recommendations.
• Collaborate with warehouse team to support order fulfillment.
