Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and inventory control.
• Ability to read shipping labels and procedure manuals.
• Proficiency with barcode scanning and inventory tracking software.
• Basic math skills for counts and quantities.
• Certified forklift or material handling equipment operation preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Awareness of safety procedures in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts and verify pallets against records.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and update systems.
• Support inbound receiving and outbound shipments.
• Document discrepancies and report to Inventory Lead.
• Follow PPE and safety guidelines and participate in audits.
• Assist with tagging, reporting, and process improvements.
