Job summary

Carvana in Little Rock seeks an Inventory/ Lot Associate to manage vehicle processing, inspections, and staging on the lot using handheld devices and RFID scanning. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork within a dynamic, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities include receiving and organizing inventory, completing inspections, and performing routine hauls and fuel duties while maintaining clean, secure lot conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a computer and company issued tablet and mobile devices.
• Ability to work as a team player and interact with customers, managers and coworkers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ability to frequently and safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Use handheld computers and RFID scanning equipment, process transactions, verify and troubleshoot inventory location.
• Accurately receive, organize, locate, and stage inventory vehicles on-lot per safety standards.
• Complete multi-point inspections of inventory vehicles and inspection reports.
• Complete preliminary hauler inspections to identify issues and report them.
• Meet processing and quality standards; maintain lot and workspace.
• Safely operate company vehicles and fuel inventory vehicles.
