Job summary

Carvana in Rio Linda, CA is seeking an individual contributor to stage and prepare inventory vehicles for inbound/outbound transport and direct delivery. You will use handheld scanners to log locations, ensure processing and safety standards, and perform multi-point inspections.

This role requires a High School Diploma, 18+ with a valid driver’s license, ability to operate company tablets, and a team-oriented approach. The job is on-site with outdoor work in varied weather.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean record.
• Ability to operate a computer/tablet and mobile devices.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Able to operate both automatic and manual transmissions.
• Ability to work variable schedules and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Log vehicle locations using handheld scanning equipment and troubleshoot inventory locations.
• Receive, organize, locate, and stage inventory vehicles on-lot per processing and safety standards.
• Perform multi-point inspections and accurately complete inspection reports.
• Meet processing and quality standards consistently.
• Maintain lot and workspace areas.
• Safely operate company-owned vehicles and fuel inventory vehicles as needed.
