Job summary

Carvana in Chandler, AZ is seeking an individual contributor to handle staging and preparation of inventory vehicles for inbound/outbound transport and direct delivery. This role is the Loader to Driver program’s entry path, offering growth through certifications and CDL opportunities.

Responsibilities include logging locations with handheld scanners, organizing and staging vehicles, performing multi‑point inspections, and maintaining cleanliness and safety across the lot.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a computer/tablet/mobile devices issued by the company.
• Ability to work as a team player and interact with customers, managers and coworkers professionally.

Responsibilities

• Use handheld scanning equipment to log vehicle locations and troubleshoot inventory location.
• Accurately receive, organize, locate, and stage inventory vehicles on‑lot.
• Multi‑point inspections of inventory vehicles and complete inspection reports.
• Consistently meet processing and quality standards.
