Job summary

Manufacturing Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Associate to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will oversee inventory, cycle counts, and ERP-based material tracking while safely operating a forklift and assisting internal teams and external freight partners. The role emphasizes accurate shipping schedules, responsive carrier service, and a strong commitment to inventory accuracy and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience in an industrial setting.
• Experience handling outbound shipping docs and receiving logs.
• Familiarity with ERP applications for material tracking.
• Direct experience with SAP modules for supply chain or distribution management.
• Strong knowledge of stock verification and cycle counts.
• Maintaining inventory accuracy and audit readiness.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight, optimizing daily logistics workflows.
• Manage product placement and space utilization on the warehouse floor.
• Monitor real-time inventory levels and document discrepancies.
• Perform daily and weekly cycle counts to verify stock records.
• Enter, update and manage purchase orders and transfers in the ERP system.
• Generate dispatch manifests, bills of lading, and tracking reports (SAP).
• Package, label and stage finished goods at the shipping dock.
• Safely operate sit-down or stand-up forklift to move materials.
• Provide responsive service to carriers, vendors, and internal teams.
