Job summary

Thistle seeks a Logistics Associate to support daily on-site distribution and route planning. You will load and unload deliveries, organize routes, and stage them for drivers, serving as the first point of contact for drivers.

Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, you’ll help ensure accurate routes and communicate discrepancies to management to keep operations running smoothly.

About The Role

Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, Logistics Associates monitor daily onsite route distribution from start to finish. Logistics Associates load/unload trucks and stage routes for our delivery drivers. Logistics Associates are often the first person delivery drivers meet in person. Logistics Associates facilitate driver load out.
