Job summary

Thistle in New Jersey is seeking a Logistics Associate to support daily onsite route distribution. You will load and unload deliveries, stage routes for drivers, and serve as the first in-person contact for delivery teams.

Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, you will help ensure routes run smoothly, verify loads, and communicate discrepancies to management to keep operations efficient.

About The Role

Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, Logistics Associates monitor daily onsite route distribution from start to finish. Logistics Associates load/unload trucks and stage routes for our delivery drivers. Logistics Associates are often the first person delivery drivers meet in person. Logistics Associates facilitate driver load out.
