Job Title: Logistics Associate (Loveland)

We’re looking for a dependable, safety-minded Warehouse / Material Handler to join our team. In this role, you’ll play an important part in receiving, inventory, material movement, and shipping while helping ensure our operations run safely, accurately, and efficiently.
You’ll work closely with teammates, Leads, Supervisors, and internal customers, with opportunities to learn new skills, support different areas of the warehouse, and contribute ideas that make our processes better.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following all safety procedures and company requirements.
- Support day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, material handling, picking, packing, shipping, counting, verification, and data entry.
- Safely and efficiently move materials between receiving, inventory, production, and service locations while balancing immediate production needs with longer-term inventory and operational goals.
- Identify and help resolve material, inventory, or production challenges, using sound judgment and problem-solving skills to prevent delays.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and internal and external customers.
- Follow all applicable company, state, federal, and international requirements related to quality, business controls, and import/export compliance.
- Provide support across departments when business needs, staffing levels, or production priorities change.
- Share your knowledge and help train, mentor, or support teammates when needed.
- Operate material-handling equipment as applicable, which may include forklifts, electric pallet jacks, walkie-stackers, order pickers, carousels, shrink-wrap equipment, and other warehouse equipment.
- Partner with Leads and Supervisors across sites to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, waste reduction, and more efficient processes.
- Participate in team meetings, review daily goals and performance metrics, and help identify root causes and corrective actions when issues arise.
- Respond to requests with professionalism and urgency while prioritizing work according to business needs.
- Take ownership of your professional development by completing required training and pursuing opportunities to expand your skills.
- Accurately record time worked and complete required warehouse, inventory, and business documentation.

Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively in a diverse, team-oriented environment.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to learn and perform a variety of warehouse functions.
- Strong listening and verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to ask questions, speak up about safety concerns, and seek clarification when needed.
- Ability to learn through verbal, written, and virtual instruction—and to help train others when appropriate.
- Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds independently.
- Ability to work onsite, with occasional travel to other sites for projects or operational support as needed.
- Ability to accurately record time worked in the company’s time-management system.
Preferred or a Plus:
- Experience in warehousing, material handling, or a similar environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse best practices.
- Experience operating material-handling equipment.
- Experience with ERP, trade, or logistics systems.
- Knowledge of LEAN methodologies or demonstrated success improving processes, increasing efficiency, or reducing waste.

Pay Transparency:
- This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay someone for this position is$21.00/hour - $21.00/hour W-2.
