Job summary

Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) is seeking a Materials Management Associate to support daily operations across patient care areas at 1133 York Ave, New York, NY. You will manage supplies, coordinate with vendors, and ensure accurate distribution of materials to clinical areas.

Responsibilities include monitoring expirations, processing deliveries with VueturaTrac, and assisting with mail distribution and loading operations.

• Prevent stock-outs by proactively ordering and offering alternatives when items are unavailable.
• Notify management of supply shortages and suggest cost-saving measures.
• Verify deliveries, unpack, and distribute supplies accurately and timely to patient floors and clinical areas.
• Monitor expiration dates and replenish supplies, linens, oxygen tanks, and pantry items daily.
• Process returns, manage mail distribution, and oversee deliveries using VueturaTrac.
• Supervise truck deliveries, assign loading bays, and provide necessary unloading equipment.
• Inspect received items for accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Collect and transport specimens and time-sensitive materials between locations within set timelines.

• Location: 1133 York Ave, New York, NY 10065
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4pm-12am . Weekend & Holidays as needed.
